Labour and Human Rights Policy

Labour and Human Rights Policy

We believe that upholding labour and human rights is not only a legal obligation but a moral one. This policy reflects our commitment to creating a positive and respectful workplace for all.

At Primal Space, we are committed to fostering a workplace environment that upholds the principles of fairness, dignity, and respect for all individuals. Our Labor and Human Rights Policy outlines our commitment to ensuring the wellbeing of our employees and supporting human rights in all aspects of our operations. Including undertaking the appropriate due diligence of any suppliers and contractors to ensure our supply chain is also in line with these policies.

1. Equal Employment Opportunity

Primal Space is an equal opportunity employer. We are dedicated to providing a work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.

2. Fair Compensation

We believe in providing fair and competitive compensation to our employees. Salaries and benefits are determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and job responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that our compensation practices are transparent and promote equality.

3. Working Hours and Conditions

Primal Space is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment. We adhere to all applicable labour laws and regulations regarding working hours, breaks, and working conditions. Employees are encouraged to report any concerns to their designated point of contact.

4. Freedom of Association

Primal Space respects the rights of employees to associate freely, form or join trade unions, and engage in collective bargaining. We are committed to open and constructive communication with employee representatives and recognise the importance of collaborative decision-making.

5. Child Labor and Forced Labour

Primal Space prohibits the use of child labour and forced labour in all its operations and supply chains. We conduct due diligence to ensure that our suppliers adhere to the same standards. Employees found to violate this policy will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

We value diversity and inclusion at Primal Space. We strive to create a workplace that is representative of different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion based on any protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
