A Summary of How Your Digital Transformation Will Unfold
OUR PROCESS
While every project is unique, we’ve outlined below the flow in which a project may work for our clients from an initial idea, to project launch, and ongoing marketing & support thereafter

Enquiry
You've found us and come to the right place! Send us your initial enquiry to get the ball rolling at this initial first step of the journey. We'll then get back in touch with you to see if we can help.

Discussion
We'll generally schedule an exploratory video call at this early stage for a discussion about your needs and goals for the project. We'll listen and take note and if we feel we are the right fit for each other, we'll move to the next stage and look at your requirements in more depth.

Requirements
If you haven't already created a detailed brief of requirements for your project, we can assist with this as a first step of your project. Before we can create a proposal of costs and timescale for you, we need to know what your needs and goals for the project are.

Proposal
After receiving your finalised requirements, we'll create a proposal on how we will deliver the solutions to create your vision and meet your goals

Terms
We create your project terms and make agreements on what will be included. We'll define the project scope and ensure we've captured all requirements we need to complete to achieve your goals.

Kick Off
The project gets under way. We will pull all of your requirements into our project management tool, and use that as a base to work through to ensure all tasks are complete. We'll agree milestones and timescales for completion of each project part.

Staging
For all projects, they'll start life in a staging environment on 1 of our development servers. This means any existing live website is unaffected, and nobody can see our work until it's finished and ready to share with the world!

Production
We'll carry out all of the design and development tasks for your project. Keeping you up to date as we work through tasks by sharing the staging environment with you for feedback and sign-off on key tasks for our agreed milestones.

Snagging
Before any project is launched, it's expected to work through some snagging points you want to bring to our attention. You'll be given this opportunity pre-launch and post-launch too. It's likely as more people cast their eyes on the new website, more points come to light to perfect.

Launch
The exciting part! Everything is ready to go and we launch. This can comprise of a soft launch where parts are phased for project completion. Or a single launch if the project is for a new website.

Support
Now that your project has completed and we have launched. The journey doesn't stop there. We are only interested in working with clients for the long term! We are here to support your organisation ongoing after-launch too. Which could be through continual website development, hosting or maintenance for example.

Marketing
Now that your shiny new website is finished and launched. We need the world to see it! This is where marketing comes in. We can help with any digital marketing services you want to explore. Such as Mailchimp newsletter marketing, CPC or social media marketing channels for example.
