Requirements

Primal Space recently re-developed the website for one of our existing clients; The Hairy Coo. A Scottish tour company. The company had gone through some re-branding and were looking for the updated website to reflect this. The Hairy Coo website design is fully responsive throughout and built on WordPress. Featuring large images, video and logo graphics. While not forgetting a bright, engaging colour palette being a key feature of the design.

As with the original design, user experience was extremely important. The website would be used across the globe by those visiting Scotland on their holidays. As a result, we kept this in mind throughout the design process. Ensuring relevant call to actions were present throughout. And the key pages were accessible using internal linking. While minimising the number of clicks required to move the user around the site and ultimately to the information that they required to book their chosen tour. A contact form and FAQ were also key parts of the design. As well as individual pages for each of the Scottish tours that The Hairy Coo offers. Social integration was also considered, with a live Instagram feed. Also links to Facebook, Trip Advisor and YouTube. Along with the companies other social pages.

The completed website design is fun but informative. Functional and engaging. An all round great project that we really enjoyed being involved with.
