A question we’re asked all the time is how to drive more traffic to your WordPress website. Although there is no quick fix or overnight solution to this.......
Primal Space recently created a WordPress driven website design for Almins. A supplier of high quality nutritional feeds for animals in agriculture. They also supply a variety of well known brands such as Arm & Hammer and Silostop. The requirements outlined by the client were to have a an engaging website design that could easily be navigated allowing customers to learn more about the products and their benefits. While also showcasing a number of PDF resources. As well as connecting to their various social channels.
The client was keen to have white space used heavily throughout the design, along with their brand colours. Therefore allowing the text content and images to stand out as the focal point within each page. We eliminated long passages of text that are hard to follow. Breaking these down using headings, and call to actions instead. Therefore allowing the key points to stand out at a glance, while giving the option to read more in depth information if desired.
Furthermore, we used relevant call to actions, encouraging the user to get in touch via a contact form. As well as adopting internal linking structures, allowing the user to navigate around the site with ease. As part of the build we redeveloped the clients existing logo to a higher resolution version. The brand colours remained forming the colour palette within the design.
A slider area is used above the fold on the homepage to link to other pages of the site. Meanwhile, we also opted for a large footer section with click to call buttons. Giving the user the option to get in touch easily from a mobile device. As well as this, an Instagram gallery is integrated within the homepage. While social media buttons can also be found throughout.
As always the website is fully optimised and responsive, to load seamlessly across all mobile devices and screen sizes. The client was delighted with the final outcome. We’re really pleased with the final design.
