Full-Time – Edinburgh/Remote – Competitive salary £24,000 + Bonus
The Role

Join our team as a Senior Sales Associate for our growing digital agency. This remote position is ideal for a motivated and experienced individual. One who excels in creating rapport and building meaningful connections. Allowing them to successfully promote our digital services and generate leads to grow our client base, with a key focus on Magento, E-commerce and WordPress services.

As a full-time team member, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while reaping the benefits of a performance-based bonus structure for successfully secured contracts. This role is an exciting and rare opportunity to drive the performance of an established digital agency.


We’ve outlined some of the key responsibilities to give you a flavour of what your days might look like within the role. These include but are not limited to;

  • Lead Generation utilising various channels to identify potential leads who would benefit from our digital services.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to expand our client base and enhance business opportunities.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Understanding client’s needs and tailoring digital solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Crafting compelling sales pitches and presentations showcasing our digital services while effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Leading contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms are favourable and aligned with our company objectives. Closing deals and securing contracts.
  • Meeting or exceeding set sales targets.
  • Working closely with our teams and Directors to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Our ideal candidate has experience in the following areas;

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the digital space.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Demonstrate success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Passionate about providing excellent results to clients.
Other Information
  • Working hours are Monday-Friday  9am – 5pm
  • Initial interview via video call
  • Performance-based bonus for successfully secured contracts.

  • Home office/home desk setup is essential with access to your own PC and monitor to use for working. This is a fully remote working role, find out more about how this aligns with our company values and Green Mission.
  • We require you to live within the Scottish central belt for client meetings in Edinburgh. You must be fluent in English as this is a client facing role.
